Our Story
As a family of dog-loving enthusiasts, we took over Eastside Boarding Kennels Gippsland in 2009 with the goal of becoming a trusted and safe ‘home away from home’ for all of our four-legged clients. Years later, our team of dedicated and passionate animal lovers provides a peaceful and relaxing farm stay for all dogs, big and small.
Located in the picturesque countryside town of Flynn in Victoria’s Gippsland region, our grounds and accommodation provide a quiet escape from your dog’s regular life. From playtime and cuddles to exercise yards and walks around the farm, your pup is treated with the same care and devotion as if it were our own.
We want your pup to have the best care possible, so we provide services beyond just a place to stay, including doggy day care and long-term boarding, with optional extras such as hydro bathing and daily walks around our farm.

Meet The Team
Heath, Nicky & Family - Owners
We relocated our family from Northern Victoria in July 2009. When we first arrived, we were milking our cows, running the dairy farm and learning the ropes of running a Boarding Kennel. It was interesting times and extremely busy! We have since ceased milking cows, but our farm is still operational. Our three children have been such an important part of our journey. As animal lovers, they are often seen out playing with our guests, taking them for walks or just having cuddles! Each have their own favourites, and they’re always happy to see them again.
Jaime - Manager
Jaime has been an instrumental part of our team for 12 years. We like to call Jaime the ‘Dog Whisperer’, her calm and caring nature is something that all our guests love. She is especially great with timid or nervous dogs, making them feel safe and happy to be with us. Our regulars are always happy to see her, and she knows just what they love to have while they are here.
